About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Carl Dylan Resourcing Limited as an Assistant Store Manager in the Watford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Manager or Leader in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
