Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
As a Sales Leader at Thomas Sabo, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with a proven track record in sales and leadership to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement changes to drive business growth
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
