Commercial Sales Manager for Food Microbiology

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for food microbiology and a drive to succeed in a commercial sales role? Bio-Rad is seeking a talented Channel Sales Manager to lead our Food Science business in Northern Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Food Science business in Northern Europe, driving sales growth and profitability.
- Lead channel marketing efforts, including product positioning and collaboration with product management, field marketing, and EMEA sales management.
- Maintain close contact with channel partners for business reviews, joint visits, goal setting, and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Microbiology or Chemistry relevant to the role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Food Microbiology Testing applications and technologies.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reagent-based businesses or the food industry.
- Experience working with distributors.
- Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders, with excellent organization and accuracy.
- Proficiency in professional English (reading, writing, speaking) for meetings, reports, presentations, and technical documents.
