A Day in the Life
- Manages by influence and works across a matrix structure of field sales, technical, and market development specialists to drive engagement, accountability, and strong CDS account management.
- Key focus area to deliver and track market share protection and growth.
- Conducts and/or evaluates market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and relevant parties in hospitals and/or government.
- Execution of CDS sales forecasting and commercial risk management.
- Coordinates CDS Commercial offering, such as pricing strategy/approval and coordinating tender offerings and management.
- Regularly meets with customers to assess future market needs and identify new opinion leaders.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Must Haves
- University Degree.
- Several years of experience in sales and/or marketing activities within the Medical Industry.
- NHS/HSE knowledge.
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to cooperate with various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize in a busy environment, think strategically.
- Key Account Management Experience, KOL management experience.
- Excellent communicational skills, positive attitude.
- Reimbursement/payer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, under minimum supervision.
- Ability to travel (c.a. 50% of a time).
- Fluent English, both verbally and written.
