Digital Sales Growth Manager Job Description

At Wickes, we're looking for a skilled Digital Sales Growth Manager to drive the growth of our digital sales through wickes.co.uk, apps, and online-in-store.

As a Digital Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for executing the trading plan on digital platforms, delivering web merchandising techniques, and improving category development. You will gather performance insights and translate them into actions to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the trading plan on the website and digital ecosystem.
  • Manage various tools to optimise the website performance and grow sales.
  • Ensure the website and other elements of the digital ecosystem are up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to understand performance and provide additional insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of e-commerce experience in digital e-commerce and website trading.
  • Excellent planning skills to build campaigns and present timelines.
  • Experience running through reports with stakeholders and getting their message across.
  • Excellent stakeholder management to build relationships and liaise with business and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset to deliver vs Marketing/Business requirements.
