Commercial Growth Manager

**Job Opportunity:** We are looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at Nemco. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in line with targets for new customers, managing new opportunities from lead to contract award, and providing a plan for customer meetings and strategic partnerships with potential customers.
Responsibilities: To carry out prospecting in both current and new markets to acquire new qualified leads, manage new opportunities from lead, RFQ to contract award, drive profitable sales growth in line with targets for new customers, provide a plan for customer meetings and strategic partnerships with potential customers, develop and maintain strategic account plans, undertake market research and analysis and provide reporting on the results, contribute to bid management, reason for wins and losses, maintain and track opportunities with the CRM and ensure the sales pipeline is updated and real, provide accurate sales order forecasting in long and short term, realistic and provide supportive evidence to substantiate the forecasts.
Requirements: Previous experience in similar Business Development roles, knowledge of electronics/engineering processes advantageous, highly driven with a proactive approach to business development, strong interpersonal skills, educated to degree level preferred, strong communicator both written and verbal, creative and strategic mindset, ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company needs, IT literate to produce professional RFI responses and presentations.
