Job Description

Brookwood Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join their team. This role involves expanding both new and existing retail distribution channels for consumer electronics products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product and promotional strategies for each account in alignment with internal goals and KPIs.
  • Establish effective contacts within customer organizations, including commercial, buying, supply chain, store support, and operations teams.
  • Negotiate pricing, product range, and promotional discussions for each account, securing internal approvals to meet Net Sales and Operational Profit targets.
  • Forecast sales data and manage budgets, while monitoring account performance.
  • Maintain detailed records, reporting to the Sales Leader and other departments.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of the consumer electronics retail market.
  • A proven ability to drive significant growth in the field, demonstrated through successful retail partnerships with major outlets.
  • The ideal candidate should be a proactive, driven individual with a hunter mentality.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
