A Day in the Life
- Manage engagement, accountability, and strong CDS account management across a matrix structure of field sales, technical, and market development specialists.
- Deliver and track market share protection and growth.
- Conduct and/or evaluate market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders including physicians and relevant parties in hospitals and/or government.
- Execute CDS sales forecasting and commercial risk management.
- Coordinate CDS Commercial offering such as pricing strategy/approval and coordinating tender offerings and management.
- Meet with customers to assess future market needs and identify new opinion leaders.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
- University Degree.
- Several years of experience in sales and/or marketing activities within the Medical Industry.
- NHS/HSE knowledge.
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to cooperate with various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize in a busy environment, think strategically.
- Key Account Management Experience, KOL management experience.
- Excellent communicational skills, positive attitude.
- Reimbursement/payer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, under minimum supervision.
- Ability to travel (c.a. 50% of the time).
- Fluent English, both verbally and written.
