About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive sales campaigns to maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Lead and oversee sales performance, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive commercial growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving commercial growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
