About the Role
The Director, Employee Experience, My Career is a key leadership position responsible for driving the overall strategy and vision for employee experience across the organization. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of snacking at Mondelēz International.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee experiences that drive engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR processes and technologies that support employee experience initiatives.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and employee groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 10 or more years of progressing HR experience, with a focus on talent management and employee experience.
- Strong experience with talent processes, including talent planning, strategic talent reviews, engagement surveys, and learning.
- Experience in a multinational company is ideal.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
- Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred, but not required.
- Business consulting experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to work with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
