Premier Recruitment Group Limited is honored to partner with a highly regarded client in the care sector. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a full-time, permanent position within a well-established organization. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and opportunities for career advancement.

Salary: £24,674 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound communications regarding application forms and job openings across the region.
2. Post and regularly update job vacancies on both internal and external platforms using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
3. Review and respond to all new applications submitted through the ATS.
4. Screen and forward CVs to Hiring Managers based on the specific requirements outlined in job descriptions.
5. Coordinate and dispatch interview invitations and correspondence to candidates.
6. Collaborate with Service Managers and staff to ensure timely receipt of necessary Right to Work and DBS documentation.
7. Request and follow up on references both verbally and through the ATS.
8. Ensure compliance of documentation for new hires before confirming start dates.
9. Document and file DBS results promptly, adhering to Data Protection regulations.
10. Maintain and update a Resourcing tracker, reviewing it daily.
11. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding the status of candidates during the onboarding process.
12. Ensure all services receive accurate and compliant pro-formas.
13. Address and resolve any Resourcing issues in a timely manner through effective communication with managers and employees.
14. Participate in team meetings and engage in training as required.
15. Undertake additional administrative tasks as necessary for the role.
16. Uphold personal Health & Safety responsibilities and foster a safe working environment for colleagues.
17. Attend supervision meetings and participate in the organization’s staff appraisal system.
18. Conduct Service Visits as required.
19. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
