ROLE OVERVIEW:

This position encompasses a full 360 Recruitment role, balancing account management with new business development within the manufacturing sector. You will engage in both temporary and permanent recruitment.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower, you will have the opportunity to advance your skills to a senior level while maximizing market potential. You will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with clients and successfully placing candidates in various roles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the Manpower business while managing a 360 recruitment desk.
  • Actively enhance your professional profile and personal brand on social media platforms to optimize candidate selection.
  • Effectively source candidates through diverse channels.
  • Establish new client relationships using various strategies.
  • Achieve or surpass revenue goals through both new and existing client accounts.
  • Provide a comprehensive sales solution to clients, ensuring complete engagement.
  • Utilize sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business.
  • Leverage market insights to approach clients in a consultative manner, delivering high-quality service and added value.
  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable expert during face-to-face client meetings.
  • Mentor junior consultants, ensuring consistency in performance and behavior against targets.

  • Proven ability to generate business from both warm and cold leads.
