About the Role

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise. This will include developing and implementing HR initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

About the Team

The HR team at Coty is responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and expertise to support the business. The team is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.

Requirements

  • CIPD level 3 (minimum)
  • Strong Employee Relations (ER) experience
  • Previous experience working onsite and supported large functions/teams
  • Experience rolling out new systems would be desirable
