Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Premier Recruitment Group Limited is proud to partner with a distinguished client in the care sector, seeking a dedicated Resourcing Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a well-established organization, offering a dynamic and diverse role with potential for career advancement.
Salary: £24,674 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications regarding application forms and job openings across the region.
- Post and update job vacancies on both internal and external platforms, ensuring regular refreshment through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handle new applications received via the ATS, providing timely responses.
- Screen and forward CVs to Hiring Managers based on role requirements and job specifications.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and communicate necessary information to candidates.
- Collaborate with Service Managers and staff to ensure the timely receipt of essential Right to Work and DBS documentation.
- Request and follow up on references both verbally and through the ATS.
- Ensure complete compliance of documentation for new hires prior to confirming start dates.
- Document and file DBS results promptly, adhering to Data Protection regulations.
- Maintain and regularly review a Resourcing tracker for ongoing recruitment processes.
- Provide updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate progress throughout the onboarding phase.
- Issue accurate and compliant pro-formas to all services.
- Address and resolve any Resourcing-related issues in a timely manner through effective communication with managers and staff.
- Escalate any significant issues or changes as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and engage in training sessions as required.
- Perform additional administrative tasks relevant to the position.
- Ensure personal Health & Safety and promote a safe working environment for colleagues.
- Engage in supervision meetings with management and participate in the staff appraisal process.
- Attend Service Visits as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive approach to phone interactions. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, along with excellent typing abilities and attention to detail, while upholding confidentiality standards.
