This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a well-established organization, offering a dynamic and diverse role with potential for career advancement.
Salary: £24,674 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications regarding application processes and job openings across the region.
- Post job vacancies on both internal and external platforms, ensuring regular updates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Respond promptly to new applications submitted via the ATS.
- Review and forward CVs to Hiring Managers based on role requirements and job specifications.
- Coordinate and dispatch interview invitations to candidates.
- Collaborate with Service Managers and staff to ensure timely receipt of necessary Right to Work and DBS documentation.
- Request and follow up on references both verbally and through the ATS.
- Ensure all new starter files are compliant and complete prior to confirming start dates.
- Document and file DBS results promptly, adhering to Data Protection regulations.
- Maintain and update a Resourcing tracker, reviewing it daily.
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate progress during the onboarding process.
- Ensure accurate and compliant pro-formas are issued to all services.
- Address and resolve any Resourcing-related issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate and escalate any challenges or changes as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and engage in training as required.
- Perform additional administrative tasks relevant to the position.
- Take responsibility for personal Health & Safety and promote a safe working environment for colleagues.
- Engage in supervision meetings with your manager and participate in the organization's appraisal system.
- Attend Service Visits as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be comfortable making phone calls, and have a solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
