**Job Description:**

We are looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic person to take on this important role as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Cambridge. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Building Services Team (BST) in the Jeffrey Cheah Biomedical Centre (JCBC).

The successful candidate will maintain effective office procedures and records, facilitate the maintenance of building facilities and equipment, oversee repairs schedules and report any health and safety issues. They will also be responsible for a wide range of communication on behalf of the BST, both internal and external.

This is a fixed-term position available for 1 year. The salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
