Office Coordinator for Laboratory Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Laboratory Operations team, supporting the Pathology Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, including diary coordination, minute-taking, and data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Laboratory Operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Manage diaries, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes. Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to internal and external queries. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
Requirements:
Educated to NVQ 4 level or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject or significant equivalent proven experience. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database software.
Salary:
This role attracts a competitive salary of £26,530 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata).
