Job Description
This role involves supporting the Office Manager and team members in delivering exceptional customer service and performing routine administration tasks.
- Receiving and scanning samples into the computer system (Matrix).
- Utilizing the Matrix LIMS system and data entry.
- Handling client inquiries via phone and email.
- Preparing and dispatching laboratory supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A qualification or experience in a scientific environment, which would be advantageous.
- The ability to learn and comprehend the essential elements of laboratory diagnostic testing.
- An interest in science related to animals.
