In addition to offering direct assistance to individuals, some of whom may have intricate needs, the primary duties of the Team Leader position encompass:

  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing service delivery to individuals.
  • Supporting, supervising, and managing staff who provide assistance to these individuals.

  • Creative and adaptable in their daily responsibilities, providing effective leadership and support to their teams while prioritizing and delegating tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative, working alongside our Community Development Workers and others to leverage community resources and enhance independence.
  • Dedicated to their own professional growth and learning.

The role requires flexibility, including evening and weekend shifts, and may involve overnight support and assistance to staff outside of standard working hours.

Recognizing that our employees are our greatest asset, we provide extensive training and development opportunities, including support for obtaining an SVQ 3 and PDA Supervision qualification in Health and Social Care.
