As a Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to individuals, including those with complex needs.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing service delivery to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Supporting, supervising, and managing a team of care workers dedicated to assisting these individuals.
We are in search of Team Leaders who are:

- Creative: Able to work flexibly and innovatively to provide effective leadership and support to their teams.
- Collaborative: Willing to work alongside Community Development Workers and others to leverage community resources and promote independence.

This position may require evening and weekend shifts, including sleepover or waking night support, as well as providing assistance to staff outside of standard working hours.
