The Role

We are seeking a skilled Door Supervisor to join our security team. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and managing crowds and queues to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Dealing with conflict and restraining customers if necessary, while prioritizing the safety of all individuals
  • Ensuring the overall safety and security of our premises

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to diffuse high-pressure situations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
