About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Door Supervisor to join our security team at Haus, a leading hospitality group in Scotland. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing crowds and queues, dealing with conflict, and ensuring the safety of customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage crowds and queues to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Deal with conflict and restrain or escort customers off the premises if required
- Ensure the safety of customers and staff at all times
Requirements:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role
- 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to diffuse high tension situations
- Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends as per business needs
