Security Officer

Vigilant Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to potential security threats
- Carry out mobile patrols to ensure the security of our clients' premises
- Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their visitors
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our security objectives
- Previous experience in a security or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Valid SIA DS License and SIA CCTV License (desirable)
