We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' sites.
Key Responsibilities- Prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV as appropriate
- Conduct external and internal security patrols as detailed in the Assignment Instructions
- Ensure all equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is managed according to established procedures
- Maintain all logbooks and records and issue visitor/contractor passes, and handle lost property in accordance with the Assignment Instructions
- SIA Licence
- Access to vehicle/Good transport links
- 1yr Security Experience - Prior experience as a Security Officer in the Security industry is desirable
- First aid qualification would be advantageous
- Must have a 6yr checkable history
- The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness
- Be sensitive towards and show an understanding of the requirements of people with disabilities or special needs
As a Security Officer with Securitas Security Services, you will enjoy a structured 54-hour work week with a 6 on, 3 off shift pattern, working 12-hour days. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
