About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Door Supervisor to join our security team at The Corinthian Club in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing crowds and queues to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Dealing with conflict and restraining customers if necessary, while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to diffuse high-tension situations
Requirements:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor badge is mandatory for this role
- 2 years of experience in a similar role would be preferred
- Great communication and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends as per business needs
