Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Elevation Strategist to spearhead our brand's growth and implement effective go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive route-to-market plans for new product launches, including market research, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the management and enhancement of our company website, ensuring it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
  • Leverage digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement, managing social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, collaborating with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilising data to refine and optimise strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and web management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and willing to take initiative.
  • Possession of a passion for water sports and the lifestyle it represents is desired but not essential.
