Sports Marketing Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand elevation and implement effective go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about building brand awareness and driving business growth through creative and effective marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Develop and execute strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Route-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive route-to-market plans for new product launches, including market research, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Website Management: Oversee the management and enhancement of our company website, ensuring it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
Digital Marketing: Leverage digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement, managing social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.
Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, collaborating with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilising data to refine and optimise strategies.
Requirements:
What we are looking for:
At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and web management systems, with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
