Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our brand reputation and consistency across all marketing channels.
Route-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive route-to-market plans for new product launches, including market research, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Website Management: Oversee the management and enhancement of our company website, ensuring it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
Digital Marketing: Leverage digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Manage social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.
Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilizing data to refine and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:
At least 5 years of marketing experience. A strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and e-commerce is essential. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and web management systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills are required. Creative, innovative, and willing to take initiative are must-haves.
