Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and elevate our brand presence in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management:

Craft and execute strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

2. Route-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive route-to-market plans for new product launches, including market research, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.

3. Website Management:

Oversee the management and enhancement of our company website, ensuring it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.

4. Digital Marketing:

Leverage digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement, managing social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.

5. Partnership and Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, collaborating with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilising data to refine and optimise strategies.
