Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our brand elevation efforts and develop effective go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about building brand awareness and driving business growth through creative and effective marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management

Craft and execute strategies to elevate our brand presence in the market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

2. Route-to-Market Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive route-to-market plans for new product launches, including market research, segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.

3. Website Management

Oversee the management and enhancement of our company website, ensuring it serves as a leading resource for product information, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.

4. Digital Marketing

Leverage digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement. Manage social media content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising to drive traffic and sales.

5. Partnership and Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.

6. Analytics and Reporting

Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the website, utilising data to refine and optimise strategies.
