Job Description Summary
Tate Recruitment is supporting a well-established criminal defence law firm in their search for an Office Administration Coordinator. The successful applicant will be based in London, near Holborn, City Thameslink, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. About the Role
As an Office Administration Coordinator, you will be integral to the smooth running of the firm's operations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Facilitating effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to improve office workflows.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of administration experience, preferably within a legal or criminal defence setting. Proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also required. Estimated salary: £39,000 - £44,000 per year.
