In this position, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.

  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans to promote positive attitudes and behaviours among students.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**

  • Relevant experience working in a similar setting, preferably in a secondary school environment.
  • A recognised coaching or mentoring qualification.

**Competitive Salary Package:** Our estimated salary range for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in promoting student well-being.
