In this dynamic role as a Behaviour Improvement Officer, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a supportive environment for students within the Exclusion department at Potter Johnson. Your primary responsibilities will include employing positive reinforcement techniques to manage student conduct and adhere to school policies.

Successful candidates will demonstrate relevant experience in similar settings or hold coaching/mentoring qualifications. We value collaboration and teamwork, and your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues will be essential.

The salary range for this position is approximately £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an added benefit, we provide access to comprehensive training, contract employment, and a contributory pension scheme.

To ensure the highest standards of professionalism, all candidates are required to hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one prior to employment.
