About the Role

Potter Johnson is seeking an experienced Behaviour Improvement Officer to join our Exclusion team. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in pastoral support and wellbeing. You will have the chance to work with students who require additional guidance and support, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behaviour.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong understanding of school policies and procedures, as well as relevant experience working in a similar setting or a coaching/mentoring qualification. A valid DBS is also required.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including contract, pension, and employee support assistance.
