Job Summary:

American International University, Kuwait is looking for a Business HR Specialist to support the HR function and ensure seamless collaboration between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage attendance records, leave requests, and terminations in accordance with university policies.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent for assigned departments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with departmental leaders and serve as a liaison between them and the HR department.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an educational setting.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, life insurance, and retirement plan contributions.
