Facilities Management Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Site Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering exceptional services to our clients.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve day-to-day issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that client needs are met through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial data, inventory, and compliance information.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a senior coordinator or assistant manager role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
