Contact Centre Advisor

We are seeking Contact Centre Advisors to join our team in Newcastle, working closely with customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers, dealing with escalated complaints, and establishing long-term customer relationships.
Your Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Knowledge of customer relationship management principles
What We Offer:
A starting salary of £22,500 per annum, increasing to £24,500 with role progression, plus uncapped commission (up to £50,000 OTE). You will also receive 29 days annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 year's service, and a shift pattern Monday to Friday between 9am until 5:30pm.
