About the Role

We are seeking a talented L&D Program Coordinator to join our team at Salix. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training needs across the business, booking training courses, and working with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating training activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality training experiences that meet the needs of employees. You will work closely with the HR team to create and implement training strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training needs across the business
  • Book training courses and manage relationships with training providers
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs
  • Assist in the creation of an internal training library and its content
  • Contribute to the development of a skills matrix and companywide training needs analysis

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
