**Permanent Part Time - 0.6FTE (21 hours per week/ 3 days)**

**Manchester: £48,900 - £56,900 (£29,340 - £34,140 pro rata)**

**Landscape**
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering and Employee Offer, you will provide expert employee relations knowledge to the People Adviser Team and Senior Operational Leaders across the business. You will be managing the relationship between the business, Trade Unions and our Employee Forum. You will line manage a small team (an ER specialist and an ER adviser) and will deliver insights and guide actions based on ER MI data.

You will work in a job share capacity 3 days per week alongside the other Employee Relations Manager, with at least one of those days in our newly refurbished Manchester offices. You will be comfortable travelling on a regular basis to our offices in London, Guildford and Milton Keynes.

**What will I need to succeed?**
- Significant employee relations expertise within a TU environment.
- Demonstrable experience in People management and development.
- The ability to quickly build, maintain and influence positive and long lasting internal and external relationships.
- Drive change by utilising bespoke ER Management Information data with AQA Senior Leaders and consultative bodies
- Guided by our values you will be results oriented and want to shape a better tomorrow.

We will be holding a two stage process with the first interview on Teams and the second face to face in our Manchester offices.
