The environment is fast-paced and ever-evolving, requiring a flexible approach and the ability to react quickly and confidently to people and business needs. We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this key role, you'll provide guidance on employee relations and management issues; develop and implement employee policies; coach the management team; and act as a liaison between managers, employees, and the HR team.

A salary of up to £47,000 is offered, along with the flexibility to work from home one day a week and be office-based four days per week.

As an HR Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to utilise your skills in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the management team to resolve issues and improve employee relations.
