About the Role

We Are Adam is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to support our HR function. As a key member of our team, you will focus on employee relations casework, including discipline and dismissal cases.

You will use your excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and provide guidance and advice on HR policies and best practices.

In this role, you will also contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
