We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to join our team at OA, taking overall responsibility for customer service for our manufacturing business in Bedford.

- Loading customer orders
- Updating customers
- Working with internal Sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working with Logistics to ensure delivery dates are met
- Overall responsibility for updating the Sales order book
- Link up with the USA team to ensure their orders are loaded
- Deal with customer queries
Requirements:
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Customer Service Experience
- Proactive with good problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills including telephone and email
