We are a dynamic and fast-paced organisation seeking an accomplished Fleet Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
About the Role
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
- Location: Birmingham City Centre with panoramic views from the office floor
- Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to enhance team productivity
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure it is robust, accurate, and effectively managed to meet revenue targets
- Assist in acquiring new customers through proactive outreach and collaboration with marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management or mentoring roles
- Driving forward sales volume and revenue growth
- Growing customer acquisition and customer success
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in engaging, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
