We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modelling Technician to join our team in Cambridge.

You will play a key role in the engineering department, supporting the design and development of structural projects. You will work closely with engineers to produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD software
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience with AutoCAD software
  • Familiarity with major construction materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, and timber
  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with British Standards

This role requires a highly skilled technician who can deliver high-quality CAD drawings on time. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Role

As a Building Information Modelling Technician, you will work on a diverse range of projects including domestic, housing, retail, industrial, educational, and commercial buildings, as well as conservation work.
