The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,900.00 to $166,500.00, with an estimated total compensation package of around $115,000 to $192,375 per year.
This role is responsible for contributing to the development of model-informed drug development (MIDD) plans for assigned projects, optimizing prospective studies, and informing drug development strategy and project decision-making.
You will conduct and report quantitative analyses integrating knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, patient characteristics, and disease states to optimize doses, dosage regimens, and study designs throughout all phases of clinical drug development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and report quantitative analyses integrating knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, patient characteristics, and disease states.
- Provide MIDD expertise on multidisciplinary development teams working closely with clinical pharmacologists, clinicians, and statisticians.
- Responsible for the execution of relevant quantitative analyses including population pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, exposure response, disease progression modeling, model-based meta-analysis, and decision analysis.
- Prepare formal presentations and written reports to Pfizer standards.
Requirements:
- PhD in Pharmacometrics, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or PharmD.
- Strong quantitative modeling skills, including experience with R software and industry experience in Pharmacometrics, Clinical PK/PD, and/or Clinical Pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and presentation.
