Flagship Consulting seeks an experienced Hydraulic Modelling Expert to support project managers delivering hydraulic modelling services for residential development projects. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be familiar with industry-standard software and methodologies.

The role involves undertaking hydrological assessments, building and running hydraulic models, consulting with water regulators, and providing guidance to junior staff members. Additionally, the candidate should have experience preparing flood risk assessments and modelling reports.

Key skills and qualifications include familiarity with Flood Risk and Drainage policy/guidance in England, Wales, and Scotland, as well as experience with Hydrology (FEH Statistical Analysis, ReFH2, WINFAP) and Modelling software (HECRAS, TUFLOW, ESTRY, Flood Modeller).
