Financial Reporting Manager

MBNL is seeking a highly skilled Finance Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing the Shareholder's Unilateral Project financial reporting and associated audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports, reconciling back to the General Ledger.
- Facilitate Shareholder's unilateral audits, including early engagement and planning, internal and external communication, coordination of information requests, and obtaining/providing explanations for satisfactory completion.
- Review and update financial policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date.
- Interact with other Finance teams to support explanations of finance results, conveying complex/detailed data transactions to various areas of the business with varying levels of seniority.
- Review and prioritize audit requests and obtain/provide the required information in a timely manner.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the audit is progressing smoothly.
- Newly or recently qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years Industry/Commercial experience.
- Professional Qualification - ACA, ACCA & CIMA.
- Recent audit experience with the ability to request audit samples.
- Good understanding of financial policies, procedures, and risks and controls.
- Exposure to handling Budgets, Forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
- Experience in working with multiple ERP systems and ability to work on Excel.
