Financial Reporting Manager

A global travel business is seeking an ACA/ACCA qualified professional to join its finance function as a Financial Reporting Manager.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing the preparation and submission of UK statutory accounts and management accounts for various entities
- Coordinating with external auditors related to UK statutory accounts
- Leading the monthly, quarterly, and year-end Group close/consolidation process
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, and the associated Management Discussion and Analysis
- Reviewing and analyzing critical accounting areas
- Collaborating with various team members in corporate and technical accounting as well as other finance teams
- Providing support to the wider finance function, in the accounting for any unusual or complex transactions
- Supporting corporate project activity such as corporate restructuring, and refinancing transactions, acquisitions, and disposals
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, either looking for their first move from practice or in a similar financial control/reporting role.
