About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Analyst to join our team at Riverside Group. As a Service Charge Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate calculation, construction, and issue of all services charges, including both annual revenue charges and major works charges for properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate calculation and issue of all services charges, including annual revenue charges and major works charges.
  • Collaboration with other departments to achieve accurate rent calculations and issue of rents in the housing portfolio.
  • Experience in dealing with variable service charges and legislation and regulations.
  • Knowledge of property management and experience of calculating and issuing property charges, including services and rents.
  • Extensive knowledge of leases, tenancies, legislation, and case law in relation to service charges and rents.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to build effective links with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Driven and target-oriented approach.
  • Commitment to delivering exemplary and industry-leading customer service.
