About the Role
The Customer Relationship Manager position at BMW UK in Farnborough offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a forward-thinking company. As part of our International & Major Fleet Partnership team, you will be responsible for managing complex B2B customers who have opted for outsourced fleet management. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships across the business and ensure the customer's fleet policy is implemented and followed.

Additionally, you will enjoy contracted working hours of 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, which will help you develop a fulfilling work-life balance. Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of day-to-day fleet management, becoming a customer specialist understanding their fleet requirements, and building strong relationships across the business. Financial approval on vehicle orders, maintenance authorisation, and pool car management will be required. You will need to ensure the customer's fleet policy is implemented and followed in day-to-day practices, demonstrating excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
